We offer Outpatient Individual, Group and Family Therapy services to adults and adolescents. Services include but are not limited to a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, Psychosocial assessment and the development of an individualized treatment plan.

Our Community Supports and Treatment (CPST) Program provides mental health case management and advocacy services to ensure that you or your loved one gets the care you need. We base the level and intensity of services that you or your loved one receives through the CPST program at our facility on your changing healthcare needs.
Every client who seeks support through the CPST program at Better Together receives specific, measurable, and highly personalized therapies and interventions designed for their success.

Our professionals case management staff work directly with clients and families to coordinate: client assessments, treatment planning and crisis intervention services; we facilitate linkages for the use of community resources; monitoring service delivery; obtain and assist individuals in obtaining necessary services to to include but is not limited to financial assistance, housing assistance, food, clothing, vocational, medical and criminal justice services. All services are provided by qualified and credentialed staff.

Staffed by a multidisciplinary team of Mental Health Professionals, the Better Together Day Treatment Program strives to effectively bridge the gap that exists between outpatient services and inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. We serve ages 6-17. Our Day Treatment Program focuses on modifying the behavioral and emotional functioning of children who are displaying emotional problems that have in the past jeopardized the child’s ability to function within the child or adolescent home, school, or community.Services provided include but are not limited to Group Therapy, Individual and Family Therapy, Community Psychiatric Support Services, Social Skills Training, Psychiatric Services, Activities and Expressive Therapy.
